1. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the paid service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our side
  • If a verified technical issue on our platform prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • If a subscription is canceled within the refund period defined below

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not typically granted in the following situations:

  • Change-of-mind requests after a successful purchase
  • Failure to use the service during an active subscription period
  • Issues caused by third-party software, browser restrictions, or tools not controlled by us

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please complete the following steps:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
